Some Benefits of Cosmetic Eyelids Surgery

I have observed over the years that cosmetic eyelid surgery opens the eyes by creating better symmetry of the eyelids and thereby draws attention to the individual's inherently "beautiful eyes." Some patients are concerned that if the eyelid surgery is performed the lower face will appear disharmonious and, therefore, a face and neck lift are necessary. In my experience, cosmetic eyelid surgery serves to "open" the eyes without creating any such incongrous appearance between the upper and lower face and need for a face and neck lift. Of course, such surgery may be performed at the patient's discretion.
